R.L. Bailey Realty is a small brokerage firm servicing Naples, Florida focused on working with select buyers and limited listing based upon the philosophy that real estate is a personal service and that customer satisfaction is primary. This personal service approach is all the more important given that many of our buyers have limited knowledge of the Naples area and limited time to find a property in many cases have not visited the area previously.
Robert Bailey became licensed as Realtor in Florida in 1995. Bob's philosophy is to focus primarly on buyers to help them understand the overall community first before jumping into a purchase. This approach although time consuming results in a higher level of buyer satisfaction than the (unfortanely) all to common push to buy now. Working with a brokerage firm like R.L. Bailey Realty, Inc. that knows the area and the ins and out of making a purchase can save money and help you make the right purchase. In a market such as our current "buyers market" a buyer is often concerned about buying before the market "hit's bottom" or buying too late and missing the "best deals". This concern is real and it take an experienced firm with sound judgement to help a buyer make the best decision regarding a purchase. Of course there are no absolute answers to these questions but an experienced Realtor with a sincere desire to help the customer beyond simply making a sale can help with that process.
